The men’s hockey team (15-8) closed its regular-season with a 9-1 victory over Mohawk Valley Community College (0-14) on Monday evening.
Chris Flynn (White Plains/White Plains) recorded a hat-trick in the win and six other Vikings also scored. Chris Wollerman (Point Pleasant/Point Pleasant, NJ), Greg McQuiggan (Amherst/Amherst) and Ken Lancto (Schalmont/Rotterdam) each had three assists.
The Vikings travel to Monroe Community College in Rochester to take on Erie Community College in the NJCAA National Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 26 at 4:30 p.m.
